ABOUT

Yoga can help to calm the mind, lift the spirits and soothe the body.  In our busy lives it is often difficult to find time for ourselves, and the stresses and strains of life build up without us even noticing.  Yoga can give us a little time in the day to unwind, breathe & relax

Sara teaches a gentle style of Hatha yoga, and she is particularly interested in developing a practice that reduces stress and promotes relaxation. 

In addition to Mat Yoga, Sara runs Chair Yoga classes.  Chair Yoga is suitable for people who find it difficult to move from the floor to standing.

She has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and completed her teacher training at Yogacampus, London.  Her teachers have included Liz Lark, Doug Keller, Susanne Lahusen, Raquel Alves, Adelene Cheong and Laura Green
